WHAT IS CELEBRATE RECOVERY?
Where God heals our Hurts, Habits, and Hang-Ups
Celebrate Recovery is a Christian faith-based, peer led recovery program where people who struggle with life’s hurts, habits, and hang-ups apply 12-step principles in a safe and supportive community.
Every Sunday night, 5:00-8:00 PM at Word of Hope. CR is for ages 17 and up. Celebration Place is offered for children 0-grade 5.
Celebrate Recovery at Word of Hope happens every Sunday night at Word of Hope Church, 1351 Jolly Lane, Rapid City, SD:
5:00 PM MEAL
6:00 PM LARGE GROUP
This is a time to come together to worship and celebrate Jesus Christ. It's a time to shift our focus from our problems to the God who can bring transformation. Each week will be a rotation between a teaching, a testimony or a special guest speaker.
7:00 PM OPEN SHARE GROUP
By sharing our experiences and hopes with one another, we become willing to accept God's grace in solving our problems. Confidential and anonymous support groups are divided by gender and recovery issues. Group guidelines are strictly followed to ensure that the group is a safe place to share openly. This freedom creates a stronger relationship with God and others.
